Do not become a snap on dealer, the business runs negative cash flow and you are played by snap on from an early stage, you sign a debenture against your house which means they have you by the .... it seems they can take your franchise away at will, I was one of three dealers with negative equity with in my field group, myself being the least in debt. good luck to the others and to all other Snap on dealers out there. My Advice .... get out while you have a chance of retaining your house.To the Branch manager and field Group manager, "how do you sleep at night, What goes around comes around"
