What is the warranty? Who do i send it to when it breaks?

i personally always get offered a lower price from W/d's, but in this business price is not a key factor. if it was then the internet would always win on every deal every time. Support and good product are the key to any successful mobile business. if you want to be successful as a mobile dealer, make good key contacts with your supplier, establish a solid relationship and trust what they say. There is a REAL valid reason why someone does not already have these items, because if they were truly the deal of a lifetime, ISN M.Eagles Medco or Ace would already have them. Have you ever experienced how these suppliers work? They spend countless hours analyzing new items to make sure they are going to withstand the harsh environment of a repair shop. Because if they to warranty (credit) an item they are not selling product, they are renting it.
i use this same philosophy in my business. i do not want to buy direct, when my business name is on the line with my customers i am a direct reflection of the product i carry.

my $.02
